The Twin-River Wood is easily the most explored region in the Ohm Basin, as it is located right outside of Barrows Maw. It was named for its location between two rivers that branch off from the lake northeast of town.

Early into their exploration of the lake, the cartographers encountered a bright red fish named Krelp. The eager fish offered to be their guide, and so they followed.
Before long, it became apparent that the simple red fish had absolutely no clue where he was going. The cartographers did not seem to mind though. There was plenty of lake to explore, and their meandering guide was happy to show it to them.
